Our Story

Tabaka CCC was officially opened in 2007 October 4th to offer services to those infected and affected by the HIV/AIDS in South Gucha District. The program was supported by CRS/Aids Relief until September 2013 when there was transition to a local partner KCCB-KARP (Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops -Kenya Aids Response Program).KCCB-KARP supports all local Partner Treatment Facilities in Western and Nyanza Provinces
