We are located in Tabaka town, Kisii County, Kenya. The hospital is easily accessible from Kisii town (approximately 20km) via the Kisii-Migori highway. Clear signage is available along the route.

Our general visiting hours are Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Weekend visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please note that ICU and maternity wards have restricted visiting hours. Contact the respective departments for specific timings.

Yes, we accept SHA, private insurance schemes, and various corporate medical covers. We work with major insurance providers including AAR, Jubilee, Madison, CIC, and others. Please present your insurance card at registration for verification.

Yes, our Emergency Department and essential services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Outpatient clinics operate from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Yes, we have a fully equipped Emergency Department that operates 24/7. Our team is trained to handle all types of medical emergencies including trauma, cardiac events, and obstetric emergencies. Ambulance services are also available.

Please bring a valid ID (national ID or passport), your SHA or insurance card, any previous medical records or test results, a list of current medications, and your referral letter if you have one from another facility.

We accept cash, M-Pesa, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and mobile money services. Payment is required at the time of service unless you have active insurance coverage.

SHA members should present their valid SHA card or valid ID at registration. We process claims directly with SHA for covered services. Please note that some services may require co-payment. Ensure your SHA contributions are up to date before seeking treatment.
