Arrive 15 minutes early with your ID, SHA/insurance card, and previous medical records if available.

Meet with our healthcare provider who will examine you, discuss your concerns, and recommend treatment.

Treatment & Follow-up
Receive prescriptions, lab orders, or referrals as needed. Schedule follow-up appointments before leaving.
